The SMALL Aquabag-PURE pool water polishing bag will remove contaminants from your pool as as small as 1 Micron. That is many times smaller than even the best pool filter! Silt, Pollen, algae, bacteria, spores, cysts and other microscopic material will be permanently removed from your pool, helping to provide the clearest and healthiest swimming environment possible. An added benefit of removing these types of contaminants is that it can reduce your chemical usage for long term savings.
If your pool is cloudy due to fine contaminants that are passing through your pool filter, our Aquabag-PURE filter will collect it and restore your pool water to crystal clear condition. As an added bonus, it will also absorb sun tanning oils and lotions.
Easy to use! Simply connect the bag to the water return port of your pool using one of our adapters or the return hose from your filter system. Then simply sit back while your pool clears. We also offer adapters to make connection a snap.

Settled Debris and Silt
If you have silt settling in your pool that simply passes through your main filter, just connect the Aquabag-PURE to your filter return and vacuum as normal. Depending on the amount of debris, the Aquabag-PURE may block up and require frequent rinsing as you progress. Be sure to frequently check the bag for firmness and rinse as necessary. In the event of heavy sediment after shocking a severe case of algae, you may need to first "Vac to waste" to get the majority of it. Although the Aquabag-PURE will capture it, the number of rinses required could be excessive. To remove residual cloudiness after shocking, run your main filter for a day or two before connecting the Aquabag-PURE.

I purchased four AQUABAG-PURE bags to help remove debris from the bottom of my pool. With summer pool time approaching, it’s common for the pool to be filled with dust-like particles that create white clouds whenever you move around in the water. Unfortunately, I switched to a cartridge filter last year, and when using the vacuum, it would just release fine particles back into the pool. I've included before/after images.
Upon receiving the bags, I set them up as best I could, though I ran into an issue with the installation accessories I ordered, as they didn’t fit the Pentair water inlets on my pool. I should have confirmed this before purchasing. The diameter of the inlet nut/ring opening was smaller than the tube. But after some trial and error, I figured out an alternate way of installing the adapter.
On day one, I added some pool clarifiers that cause very small particles to clump together. This wasn’t part of the vendor’s instructions, but I thought it couldn’t hurt. Then, I vacuumed the pool. To my surprise, no particles returned to the pool as they typically do without the bags. Over the next three days, I continued to vacuum the pool once a day. By the end of day three, the pool was clear, and the bottom was residue-free.
The bags were easy to remove and clean. I was impressed by how much residue was trapped inside them, confirming that they worked as advertised. I’ll definitely continue to use the AQUABAG-PURE water polishing bags periodically.

I filled our intex pool last week and it was brown, shocked it and it was still a muddy green. The local pool supply store manager told me “Drain the pool and call a water truck. It would take months to clear that up.” My aqua bag arrived Thursday and by Sunday I had a clear pool!!!! My tests showed that the water did not have metal, so we think it was sediment from our well from the red clay dirt in our area. I cleaned the aqua bag and backwashed the pools sand filter at least twice a day and then I continued using the aqua bag overnight for a few more days. Hooray and THANK YOU for saving me $400 on a water delivery truck!

The adaptor did not fit but I got it attached. 1 micron filtration. It didn't add back pressure to pump. Good flow thru.

Worked on my cloudy water. I have an above ground pool and kept water in all winter. I did a super shock in the spring but could not get it clear after that. This bag did the trick.

Does not work. Have used this bag for 2 weeks straight and it hasn't done anything. Also the zip tie supplied with the bag is too wide to work and the bag kept slipping off. Replaced it with thinner zip tie and it secured the bag tightly. Not surprised it didn't work since you didn't even have enough pride to supply parts that actually help the product work the way it's supposed to. Guess it didn't matter though. This bag is basically a t-shirt you zip tie to the discharge port. Doesn't do a damn thing
Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the Aquabag did not help with your cloudy water. Although fine particulate is the most common cause of cloudy water, you probably have other factors at play. We have no record of you contacting support so any suggestions by us would be guesswork. Feel free to send us your water chemistry readings and we will see if anything stands out.
As far as the other feedback, Our industrial filter fabric is 10X thicker than a T-shirt and consists of fine, crisscrossed fibers. The reusable ties are about as good a quality as can be found. We are sorry that you had an issue with it but are pleased that you found a solution that worked for you to secure it.
